I have been a member for a several years. I even moved to Las Cruces 2.5 years ago and still come there in El Paso.. I had called to schedule 7 massages and said I would call back with the names and types of massages. I was given a time for the appointments.(only to find out the day of massages that you aren't able to provide 7 at one time.
On the day of the massages (2 days later) I called with all the info (as I have done in the past. I was told we didn't have ANY massages booked. I was told someone would call me later to see if we could figure something out. They then booked the appointments in two back to back sessions. I was very disappointed as this was a office activity. Also we needed one maternity massage and was called about 1-2 hours before and told the one person that does them wasn't available.
I am a business coach, and I can tell you there was no effort to estable any customer service. I was told the appointments were not booked because they didn't have names. I wasn't told that was the case. Put my name in all 7 spots and fix them when I call back. (oh wait, you can't do 7 anyway.) Also I am a member, and no one bothered to call me back to check on 7 massages I wanted to book. Are you so busy that you don't need my business. I would think booking 7 massages would be considered a big sell. Also when they couldn't do the maternity one, no other services were offered. This was such a major screw up and no discount was offered either. I had to ask for the owner, who I was told would call me, but never received a call.
This is the third time mistakes have been made with our appointments. I have even had my appointment times changed on me.
The massages are great! But the management and customer service are not! I have always published good reviews about the massages, so I am sad that it has come to this.
I want to cancel my membership and will not be coming back. I want someone to send a reply to email@example.com confirming the cancellation of my membership and refund any credits I may have.
